Shipping policy

Denko is committed to dispatching your orders as quickly as possible. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure fast and secure delivery of our silicone baby products.

2. Processing times

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery options
We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Standard delivery: Delivery within 5 to 7 working days.
  • Express Delivery: Delivery within 2 to 3 working days.
  • International Delivery: Delivery within 7 to 14 working days, depending on destination.

4. Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of your order, the destination and the delivery method chosen. The exact charges will be displayed at the time of payment.

5. Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number. You will be able to track the status of your delivery via the carrier's website.

6. Delivery zones
We deliver mainly within Canada and internationally. Certain restrictions may apply depending on the destination.

7. Delivery delays
Although we strive to meet delivery deadlines, delays may occur for reasons beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, etc.). Denko cannot be held responsible for such delays.

8. Incorrect delivery addresses
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. Denko cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Damaged products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assist you with replacement or refund.
