Refund policy

1. General
At Denko, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. Refund conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also present your receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

4. Returns process

  • Please contact us: Before returning a product, please contact us at serviceclient@denkostore.com to obtain a return authorization number.
  • Prepare your return: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and include the return authorization number and a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Send the product: Send the product to the following address:

5. Return shipping
Shipping costs for the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect product).

6. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an e-mail to notify you of receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your request is approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

7. Non-refundable products
Certain categories of products are not eligible for refund, including :

  • Sale or promotional products
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

8. Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at serviceclient@denkostore.com.

9. Late refunds
If you have not yet received a refund after a reasonable period of time, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at serviceclient@denkostore.com.
